The Wedding:
Thoughts: When the bride, Becca, asked me to be a part of her special day I was thrilled! I wouldn't have wanted to spent that cool, summer day anywhere else in the world. Of all of our bridal clients, Becca is truly the gentlest soul I have ever been graced by their presence with. Over the course of planning her wedding day we had become close friends! It was our mission to make sure that her wedding day was nothing less than perfect. The bride dreamed of a day filled with lush greens and the softest touches of pinks and sage. We began her wedding journey planning which venues and vendors that would help make that dream a reality. I created Custom Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations with the bride's requested theme of minimalist botanical. The bride needed a few more decor items to tie everything together. We brought Pink Goblets, Twinkling Lights, a White Terrarium Card Box, and a White Tower Cake Stand to help add that little extra pop she was looking for. We didn't just bring the dessert stand, though! We brought along a Sweat Heart Cake and Cupcakes from our favorite baker, Jacquelyn of Jack's Bakeshop, who happens to be one of our Preferred Vendors! Jack did an AMAZING job, as usual, and there wasn't a cupcake left by the end of the night they were such a hit! When Blue Penny Weddings and Jack's Bakeshop partner up, you know you're in for a beautiful and delicious combination! Enjoy these drool worthy photos of the best desserts around:
